These Terms and Conditions govern your use of healingwithsteph.ie and any homeopathic consultations or services you book through the website. By using the site or booking a consultation you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who we are

Healing With Steph is a homeopathic practice run by Stephanie, based at 12 Millbrook, Milltown, Galway H54FW68, Ireland. You can reach us at steficoll@icloud.com or +353 87 630 21 19.

2. Services

We offer three types of homeopathic consultation:

  • Initial Consultation — 90 minutes, € 65. Includes a detailed health history review, the first personalised remedy, and postage and packaging.
  • Follow-Up Consultation — 60 minutes, € 50. Includes the prescribed remedy and postage.
  • Acute Consultation — 20-30 minutes, € 40. Short-term support for sudden illness; remedy guidance is included.

Sessions are offered online (via Zoom, WhatsApp, or FaceTime) or in person in Milltown, County Galway.

3. Important — not a substitute for medical care

Homeopathy is a complementary therapy. Our consultations are not a substitute for diagnosis, advice, or treatment by a qualified medical doctor.

  • Always consult your GP or another suitably qualified medical professional for any medical concern.
  • Do not stop, reduce, or change any prescribed medication without consulting your prescribing doctor.
  • In an emergency, call 112or attend your nearest A&E department.
  • We do not diagnose medical conditions and make no claims to cure any disease.

By booking a consultation you confirm that you understand the nature of homeopathy as a complementary practice and that you accept full responsibility for decisions about your own health care.

4. Booking and payment

  • Booking requests submitted through the website are not automatically confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email or call within 24 hours to agree a date and time.
  • Payment is due at the time of consultation, by bank transfer or other agreed method, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include the relevant remedy and postage where stated above.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • You can reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may be charged at 50% of the consultation fee at our discretion.
  • If we need to cancel, we will offer the next available slot or a full refund.

6. Confidentiality

Everything you share during a consultation is treated as confidential. We retain brief case notes for continuity of care as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose identifying information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law (for example, where a serious risk to life is disclosed).

7. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches Irish or applicable EU law.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or infringes any third party's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any related systems.
  • Use automated tools to harvest content, contact details, or impersonate users.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, branding, and design on this website are owned by Healing With Steph or used with permission. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:

  • We provide the website and our services on an “as is” basis and make no warranties (express or implied) that any specific therapeutic outcome will be achieved.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the website or consultations, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the website.
